Medical experts have greatly warned on the impact that is said to  rise from low morale and increase in stress levels among doctors and other health care practitioners (Offaly Independent 2007) The HSE has embarked on a process of motivating the employees and reduce the absenteeism rate by hiring motivational coaches to give a boost to the senior managers’ morale (RTE 2013). This move has is set to support HSE’s succession managements strategy, and they are said to be vitally important in addressing the significant confronts facing the Executive.
